Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer standard and expedited shipping across Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are available at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
